You access this page (and all pages) from your Dashboard at /wp-admin with the user name and password I gave you.

Under Dashboard find the Pages panel and click “Edit”.  There you’ll find a listing of all your pages. Click on the title of any page to begin editing it.

Likewise, you add new pages to your site from the Pages panel.  Below Edit in the Pages panel is a link titled “Add New”.  Click that to begin adding a new page.
